Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card when booking.

You must be 21+ to book a room at Urbanica Hotels.

Check-in/check-out time

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is at 11am.

For security purposes, a valid government or state-issued photo ID will be requested at check in. To cover incidentals, we´ll hold $200 on your credit card and we´ll authorize additional funds as needed based on your additional incidental charge.

We are a non-smoking hotel, please be aware that there is a smoking fee of $350.

If you want to change your online reservation, please email our reservation team at reservations@urbanicahotels.com and we will be glad to help you.

If you need to cancel your Standard Rate Reservation, please email us at reservations@urbanicahotels.com and we will do it for free up to 3 days before arrival date.
If canceled or modified within 3 days of arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total room revenue is payable.

Non-refundable rates and Pre-paid promotional rates are fully prepaid, non-refundable and non-transferrable, even due to force majeure/acts of God.

Any reservation made through a third-party site will follow their cancellation policies and fees. Please contact them directly if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

Unless otherwise noted on confirmation, please let us know if you have to cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty. If you just don’t show up, we’ll have to charge 100% of total room revenue.

Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.

We will be glad to accommodate your luggage free of charge until your room is ready or during the day of your departure.

There is a late departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax.

The resort fee is a Daily fee charged per room by the hotel for the resort service provided during the guest stay, such as:

-Towels for the beach and the pool

-Chairs at the beach

-Access to bicycles

-Free Local and National phone calls

-Wi-Fi Access throughout the entire facility

-Lavazza Espresso Machine in each Room 24/7

How far is the hotel from the beach?

We are 4 blocks from the beach, less than 5’ walking.

Do guest rooms have hair dryers?
All guest rooms at Urbanica Hotels are equipped with a hairdryer.

Do guest rooms have an Iron/Ironing Board?
Traditional irons and ironing boards are also available at all guest rooms.

Does the hotel offer baby cribs?
Baby cribs are available upon request free of charge.

We are a pet-friendly Hotel! Just add your pet to your reservation when you book online or reach out to us to let us know your pet is coming with you.

Pets fee is USD40 per day. There may be additional costs in case of repairs/damages caused by your pet or additional cleaning requirements needed.

Valet parking services are available at Urbanica Hotels and there is a daily fee of $45.-

If you need Transportation Services, we offer Transfers from Miami International Airport to Urbanica Hotels. Up to 6 guests must be confirmed before arrival. Service cost is $70.- including taxes and fees. 

The service cost from FLL Int. Airport to our Hotels is $110.00 one way, including taxes and fees; up to 6 guests must be confirmed before arrival.

We also offer transfer services from our Hotels to:

  • MIA Int. Airport $50.00 one way
  • Port of MIA $40.00
  • Fort Lauderdale Airport $100.00
  • Fort Lauderdale Port $100.00
